Delete your SIPLX account

You can do it here, on this page, without installing anything. It closes your account and deletes your snippets straight away, and it cannot be undone. What stays, and for how long, is listed below.

Step 1 — prove it is your account

Sign in with the same Google account you use for SIPLX. We show you exactly what will be deleted before anything happens, and you can still stop.

Choosing this loads Google’s sign-in code from accounts.google.com, at that moment and not before. We receive an identifier for your Google account, never your Google password.

Android: open SIPLX → Me → your account at the top → Delete account
Older Android versions, with a Settings tab instead of Me: Settings → Profile → Delete account
Windows: open SIPLX → Account in the sidebar → Delete account

If your account signs in with Google, the app asks you to sign in with Google once more before it deletes anything. SIPLX for Windows also shows you first what will happen and asks what to do with the snippets you added to teams; the Android app leaves those with the teams.

If the button above will not work for you

The page signs you in with Google because that is how SIPLX accounts sign in. If yours does not — an older account from before September 2026, a Microsoft work account, or a Google sign-in your browser or network blocks — write to siplx.app@gmail.com from the address on the account. We delete it by hand, with the same outcome as below, and confirm when it is done.

What happens

Deleted immediately

  • Your email address, display name and profile picture
  • Your sign-in details: the link to your Google account, and a password if your account ever had one
  • Your personal snippets and their text, including their version history
  • Your personal trigger phrases and folders
  • Your membership of every team
  • All active sign-ins, on every device
  • An address for update emails that is linked to your account (see section 2 of the privacy policy)

Kept

  • Snippets you chose to leave with a team. They stay in that team and remain usable by its members. Leaving them is the default; the tick box above deletes them instead.
  • Teams you own, which pass to another member — see below.
  • Your entries in a team’s change history. They stay with the team with your name removed, and still hold the text before and after each change and the name of the device that made it. This is true even if you tick the box above.
  • One anonymised record, for 30 days. Your row in our database survives with everything identifying stripped out — no email, no name, no sign-in details — and is removed after 30 days, together with what is still attached to it: your AI Formats, feedback you sent, your device wake-up tokens, your team usage records, and your subscription and Ink records.
  • Google Play order records, payment dispute records and the record of Lemon Squeezy’s notifications, so a refund or chargeback can still be settled. Their link to your account goes after 30 days.

About the record that stays for 30 days. It holds no email, no name and no sign-in details, and nobody can sign in to it. Signing in again with the same Google account creates a new, empty account; it does not bring the old one back. Snippets you left with a team are not attached to it: they belong to an anonymous placeholder account that holds no personal information. The record is removed 30 days after you delete the account.

If you own a team

Ownership moves to someone else so the team keeps working:

  1. Whoever joined earliest.
  2. If you are the only member left, the team is dissolved: its snippets are marked deleted on our server, with their text kept there.

Step 2 above shows what will happen to each of your teams, before anything happens.

Never created an account?

If you have only ever used SIPLX without signing in, there is nothing here to delete — your snippets are on your device and never reached us. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Android：打开 SIPLX → 我的 → 顶部你的账号 → 删除账号
还有「设置」标签、没有「我的」的旧版 Android：设置 → 个人资料 → 删除账号
Windows：打开 SIPLX → 侧栏的 账号 → 删除账号

如果你的账号是用 Google 登录的，应用会先请你再用 Google 登录一次，然后才删除。Windows 版还会先列出会发生什么，并问你加到团队里的片段要怎么处理；Android 版不问，这些片段会留在团队里。

如果上面的按钮对你不管用

这一页用 Google 登录，因为 SIPLX 账号就是这么登录的。如果你的账号不是——2026 年 9 月之前的老账号、Microsoft 工作账号，或者你的浏览器、网络挡掉了 Google 登录——请用账号上的那个邮箱地址写信到 siplx.app@gmail.com。我们手工删除，结果和下面写的一样，删完会回复你。

会发生什么

立即删除：你的邮箱、显示名称、头像；登录信息（与 Google 账号的关联，以及账号曾经设过的密码）；你的个人片段及其文字和历史版本；个人触发词和文件夹；你在所有团队里的成员身份；所有设备上的登录状态；已关联到你账号的更新邮件地址（见隐私政策第 2 节）。

会保留：你选择留给团队的片段——它们留在团队里，成员可以继续使用（默认保留，上面的勾选框可以改成一并删除）；你在团队修改历史里留下的记录——去掉你的名字后留在团队里，仍包含每次修改前后的文字和设备名称，勾了上面的框也一样；你拥有的团队会交给最早加入的成员，如果只剩你一个人，团队解散，片段在服务器上标为已删除、文字仍保留；Google Play 订单记录、付款争议记录和 Lemon Squeezy 通知记录——30 天后不再关联你的账号，以便退款或拒付还能处理；另外会留下一条匿名记录，里面没有邮箱、名字和任何登录信息，无法登录，30 天后连同仍挂在它上面的内容一起删除：你的 AI 排版格式、你发来的反馈、设备唤醒令牌、团队使用记录、订阅和 Ink 记录。用同一个 Google 账号重新登录会得到一个新的空账号，旧账号不会回来。

从没创建过账号？

如果你一直没登录就在用 SIPLX，那这里没有什么可删的——片段只存在你的设备上，从未传到我们这里。卸载应用即清除。
